Acceptable Use Policy

This policy applies to public demonstrations, accounts, APIs, AI features, managed services and other systems provided by The Kellions. You are responsible for your users and for data, prompts, instructions, integrations and content submitted through your account.

You must not use the services to break the law; infringe privacy, confidentiality or intellectual property rights; distribute malware; gain unauthorised access; evade security controls; harass, exploit or discriminate against people; facilitate fraud or deception; generate unlawful content; send spam; or disrupt the service or another user.

Only submit information you are authorised to use. Apply suitable notices, lawful bases and security measures, and do not submit special-category, criminal-offence, payment-card or other highly sensitive data unless the service and your agreement expressly support it. Credentials and access tokens must be protected and rotated if exposed.

Do not rely on AI output without appropriate human review, especially for legal, medical, financial, employment, safety, security or other high-impact decisions. You must not misrepresent AI output as verified fact or use it to make unlawful solely automated decisions about people. Configure approvals and safeguards proportionate to the risk.

Do not scan, probe, benchmark at harmful volume, scrape, reverse engineer or test the security of our systems without written permission. Automated access must use approved interfaces, respect documented limits and avoid degrading availability.

We may investigate suspected misuse and take proportionate action, including limiting functionality, removing content or suspending access. Where practical, we will give notice and an opportunity to remedy, unless urgent action is needed to protect people, systems or the law. Report suspected abuse to hello@kellions.com.
