Accessibility Statement

How we are working to make our website and digital services inclusive and usable.

Last updated: 26 August 2026

Our commitment

We want our website and digital services to be usable by as many people as possible, including people who use assistive technologies. We aim to follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA where reasonably practicable and treat accessibility as an ongoing part of design, engineering and content work.

What the website supports

  • keyboard navigation and a skip-to-content link;
  • semantic headings, landmarks and form labels;
  • visible focus states and meaningful link text;
  • light and dark display preferences; and
  • reduced motion when requested by your device settings.

Known limitations

Some interactive demonstrations, complex data visualisations or third-party content may be harder to use with certain assistive technologies. We are continuing to test these experiences and prioritise fixes according to user impact. A formal third-party WCAG conformance audit has not yet been completed, so this statement does not claim full conformance.

Alternative formats and adjustments

If you need information in another format, help completing a task, or a reasonable adjustment when using our services, contact us. Tell us the page or service, the format or adjustment you need and the best way to reach you. We will respond as soon as reasonably possible.

Report an accessibility problem

Email hello@kellions.com with the page address and a description of the problem. We welcome feedback and use it to improve the service. You can also contact us by phone at +44 (0) 20 3000 0000.

Review of this statement

This statement was prepared on 26 August 2026. We review it when the website changes materially and after significant accessibility testing.
