Website Terms

The rules for using our public website, demonstrations and online services.

Last updated: 26 August 2026

About these terms

These terms govern your use of this website and any public demonstrations made available by The Kellions. By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you use it on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation.

Paid services, trials, support and client platform access may be subject to a separate order form, statement of work or service agreement. Those agreed terms take priority if they conflict with this page.

Using the website

You may use the website for lawful business and informational purposes. You must not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, scrape it at a harmful rate, misrepresent your identity or use its content to infringe another person’s rights.

More detail is set out in our Acceptable Use Policy.

Accounts and demonstrations

You are responsible for keeping account credentials confidential and for activity carried out through your account. Demonstration data is illustrative and must not be treated as live operational, security, financial or compliance advice. Tell us promptly if you believe an account has been compromised.

Content and intellectual property

The website, branding, software, text, graphics and other materials are owned by or licensed to The Kellions and are protected by intellectual property law. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to access the website for its intended purpose.

You may link to public pages fairly and lawfully. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer or create derivative works from the website except where the law expressly permits it or we agree in writing.

Information, AI and third-party links

Website content is general information, not professional advice. AI-generated or automated outputs can be incomplete or inaccurate and should be reviewed by a suitably qualified person before being relied on. Third-party links are provided for convenience; we do not control their content or availability.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep the website secure and available, but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it and may update these terms. Material changes apply from the date shown at the top of this page.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, revenue, business, anticipated savings, goodwill or data arising from use of the public website. These limits do not replace any liability terms agreed for paid services.

Governing law

These website terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer law gives you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.
